Atlas Snag Privacy Policy

This page describes the main data flows in Atlas Snag. It should be reviewed alongside your final business/legal privacy documentation before broad commercial release.

Information processed

Atlas Snag may process account details, organisation/workspace details, inspection records, photographs, observations, report content, My Knowledge entries, scheduling information, connected-storage account references, AI usage metadata and technical/service logs.

Inspection content

Users decide what inspection data is entered. Depending on the inspection, this may include information relating to sites, assets, products, people, documents, receipts or organisations. Users are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate basis to collect and use that information.

AI processing

When a user deliberately invokes an AI feature, the selected text and/or image evidence needed for the request may be sent server-side to the configured AI provider. Atlas records limited usage information for metering and support. Users should avoid sending unnecessary personal, confidential or sensitive information.

Cloud and connected storage

Atlas Cloud uses Supabase for account/authentication and synchronised product data. Users may optionally connect supported Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive accounts for backup. Microsoft 365 work/school accounts can require tenant administrator approval or consent.

Payments

When payment processing is enabled, Stripe may process payment and subscription information. Atlas should retain only the billing identifiers/status information needed to administer product access and records, not full card details.

Retention and deletion

Inspection records are retained until deleted in accordance with the product workflow, account settings and applicable operational/legal requirements. Because Atlas products can share one account identity, removing Atlas Snag product access does not automatically delete the shared Atlas authentication account used by another Atlas product.

Your choices

You can choose whether to use AI features and connected storage. Organisation/workspace permissions affect who can access shared records. Contact support@atlasinspect.app for account/privacy queries.
