Atlas Snag Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Atlas Snag. They are a practical product draft and should be legally reviewed before wider commercial rollout.

1. The service

Atlas Snag is a digital inspection, punchlist, evidence-recording, drafting and reporting platform. It can be configured for different sectors and inspection purposes. The service may include local/offline storage, Atlas Cloud synchronisation, organisation workspaces, connected storage, AI-assisted tools, PDF reports and Excel exports.

2. User responsibility

Atlas Snag does not perform the inspection or replace the user’s competence, judgement, verification or duty of care. The user remains responsible for the scope, evidence, observations, classification, status/priority, quantities, cost/VAT information, recommendations, compliance decisions and any report or record issued or relied on.

3. AI-assisted features

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or misleading. Photo analysis, comparison, wording, classification, visual counts and receipt/invoice extraction are assistive only. Users must verify AI output against source evidence before use. Visual counts are estimates and receipt/cost figures must be checked against the original document.

4. Data and confidentiality

Users must have authority and a lawful basis to upload inspection data, photographs, documents and personal or confidential information. Do not upload information to AI features where doing so would breach confidentiality, data-protection requirements, client/customer terms or organisational policy.

5. Accounts and access

Each user is responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Atlas Snag may share the same Atlas account identity used by other Atlas products, while product data and access entitlements remain separate. Organisation roles may restrict editing. Trial or paid access may be changed to read-only when the applicable access period ends.

6. Trial and subscription

New eligible users may receive a 30-day trial. Annual pricing is shown on the Pricing page. During the initial launch period, paid access may be granted manually by Atlas Support after payment confirmation. Subscription/payment arrangements may later be automated through a payment provider.

7. Availability and changes

Atlas is under active development. Features, third-party integrations and AI providers may change. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve user data, but users should maintain appropriate backups of important records and issued reports.

8. Connected services

Third-party services such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, calendar providers and AI providers are subject to their own availability and terms. Microsoft 365 organisational accounts may require tenant administrator approval or consent before OneDrive can be connected.
