The service
Snag is an inspection, punchlist, evidence-recording, drafting and reporting tool. A Snag account is required for the licence owner. Inspection records remain local-first and may also be synchronised through protected online services when the user is signed in.
Professional responsibility
The user remains responsible for the inspection scope, evidence, observations, status/priority, assignments, recommendations, cost information, compliance decisions and any report issued. AI output is assistive and must be checked.
Trial and licence
New licence-owner accounts receive a 7-day full-access trial. Continued access after the trial requires a €149 one-off licence — no recurring subscription. Payment is currently handled through Revolut and licence activation is completed after payment confirmation. The one-off licence has no recurring licence subscription or annual renewal fee.
The one-off licence has no scheduled recurring subscription or annual renewal. It applies to the purchased Snag product. Future Pro editions, premium feature packs or major replacement products may be offered separately. It does not guarantee perpetual availability of hosting, third-party services, AI providers, operating-system compatibility or unlimited support.
Data, account sync and backups
Users should retain appropriate copies of final reports and important inspection records. When signed in, Snag can synchronise jobs through the account so they are available on other devices using the same login. Export important records to PDF or Excel as retained issue copies.
