Photo analysis

Snag AI can describe visible evidence and draft editable inspection wording. A photograph is evidence only; AI should not be treated as confirmation of concealed conditions, causes, dimensions or compliance.

Observation criteria

You may give the AI specific criteria to consider. The user must verify the resulting wording against the actual inspection evidence.

Receipt / cost extraction

Extracted supplier, date, item, net, VAT or total figures must be checked against the source image before use.

Speak to AI

Microphone recording starts only after the user invokes the feature. Snag transcribes and drafts editable wording; the user must correct errors or unsupported statements before saving or issuing.

Final responsibility

The inspector or approving user retains final responsibility for all classifications, status/priority, recommendations and reports.
